The Spokane Bicycle Club (SBC) offers the following 3 day “Spoke & Hub” event in Colville, WA. Registration is limited to SBC members only. Non-members are encouraged to 'join the club' (see Membership tab) and benefit from all the advantages SBC membership has to offer.
Participants will meet and stay in the Colville, WA area. Looped day rides will begin at the fairgrounds near the center of town. Rides start on Friday afternoon with a shorter distance and leisurely pace. There are two rides on Saturday: one shorter at a more leisurely pace and one longer at a faster pace. Ride details, including route and elevation gains will be finalized on site depending upon ridership.
All rides are on hard surfaced roads; road, gravel, or mountain bikes/tires are appropriate. E-bikes are welcome.
An on-site potluck will be organized for riders and guests for Saturday evening; SBC will provide Longhorn BBQ for the entre', paper plates, plastic utensils, and common condiments - members to add side dishes at their discretion. There are a few cooking/kitchen utensils available in the fairgrounds kitchen facility we will be using, but members are encouraged to bring their own is possible (and mark them). Other gatherings/get-togethers/restaurant meals will be coordinated on an ad-hock basis.
Tour fee is $30.00 for early registration (prior to September 1st) and $35.00 for late registration.
Meals, transportation and lodging are up to the individual. Coleville has three motels. Accommodations for camping (tents, trailers, and RV’s) is provided free at the fairgrounds and includes clean restrooms and hot showers - The fairgrounds are conveniently located near the center of town and is where all rides will start and end.
Riders can choose to attend any or all rides/dates, but registration fees do not change.
Registration may be canceled for a full refund until September 1st. After that, the registration fee is not refundable.
